PROBLEM
— Goldhawk needed access to carry out bridge strengthening works on Thrapston Bridge. The access needed to be non permanent, so the waterway could be kept open. They also needed water level access.
SOLUTION
— We provided a self propelled 12m x 5m ScaffFloat with cantilevered water level access shelves on each side.
— The engine could be used to propel the pontoon against the current. We also fitted a bridle and deck winch to pull the pontoon in and out of the arch.
— Richter provided a Cat 3 check and we arranged all the necessary licences.
