Problem
M R Scaffolding services needed access to the underside of a bridge on River Lee.
Solution
We mobbed an 8x4m self-propelled ScaffFloat pontoon with 60hp high thrust outboard engine, loaded 2t of scaffolding on the pontoon. Once under the bridge, our skipper held it in place with our vertical bridge spuds and lines.
The scaffolders on site thought the ScaffFloat was “Great, lovely and stable, we will be using this again”.
